The CrossFit program is for everybody from elite athletes, firemen, LEO to office or construction workers, housewives, children. Despite the apparent rigor it is scaleable for young and old alike. It combines elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting and metabolic conditioning to achieve an exceptional level of functional fitness.
