We’ll be doing introductory movements and a short workout using some equipment and park apparatus.

Fall Elements Class

Starting September 12th, a six week elements class will start up. Learn the CrossFit movements, get fit and have fun!

This class will meet 2+1 days a week at a promotional rate of $150.

These sessions will familiarize you with the equipment, movements and stimulus that we use in Crossfit. You may then continue on with personal training sessions or enter our group classes.
